In case you didn’t know, we have a bit of a soft spot for Turtle Bay. It was during her time as a full-time waitress at the Birmingham branch, where Neely first had the idea of setting Neely There up. “The Bay” (as we like to call it), has played a phenomenal part in making Neely’s brain baby come to life.


So, as you can imagine, when asked to create an internal training document by founder and owner, Ajith Jayawickrema, Neely jumped at the chance! This engaging and light-hearted write-up shared how team members (both old and new) at Turtle Bay can become more efficient FOH servers and get the very most out of their roles.
